Summary
This study aims to find the best family-centered program to help Hispanic parents and children lose weight and prevent obesity. Researchers are testing a mobile health intervention that uses text messages and video calls to promote healthy eating and activity habits. The program focuses on parents supporting their children to build lasting healthy behaviors together.
