Parents' phone videos could unlock faster diagnosis for preemies

NCT ID NCT07141654

Summary

This study is testing if videos of a baby's movements recorded by parents at home are as good as videos taken by medical staff in a clinic for spotting early signs of cerebral palsy. It involves 100 families with babies born very early (before 29 weeks). The goal is to see if this family-led approach can help diagnose cerebral palsy earlier, so babies can get support sooner.
