First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This early-phase trial studies whether adding copanlisib to the standard drugs fulvestrant and abemaciclib can better control hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread. About 24 participants with stage IV cancer will receive either the three-drug combo or the standard two drugs alone. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the new combination delays cancer growth.
