Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs—tulmimetostat (an EZH2 inhibitor) and pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy)—in 66 veterans with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. Participants will receive the drugs intravenously and be monitored for side effects and response. This is not a cure; the aim is to control the disease.
