Summary
This Phase 3 trial tested whether a single pill combining ezetimibe and rosuvastatin works better than rosuvastatin alone for lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol. The study included 305 Chinese adults whose cholesterol was not well controlled on statin therapy. Participants took either the combo pill or rosuvastatin for 8 weeks to compare LDL reduction and safety.
