First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares three types of spacer grafts (hard palate, ear cartilage, and a porcine product) used in surgery to fix lower eyelid retraction, a condition where the eyelid pulls down. Researchers will measure eyelid height and track complications in 100 adults who had this surgery. The goal is to identify which graft material gives the best cosmetic and functional results.
