Eye tissue measurements in nAMD/DME patients and healthy subjects

Summary
This study measured the thickness of the conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule (parts of the eye) in 736 people with neovascular age-related macular degeneration or diabetic macular edema, and in healthy volunteers of similar age. Researchers used a special imaging device (SD-OCT) to take these measurements. The goal was to describe normal and disease-related differences, not to test a treatment.
