Could a simple eye scan predict Alzheimer's years before symptoms?

NCT ID NCT06023446

Summary

This study is testing whether a safe, painless eye scan can detect early signs of Alzheimer's disease before memory problems begin. Researchers will compare scans from people with early chemical markers of Alzheimer's to those without any markers. The goal is to understand if changes in eye cells can reveal brain changes and potentially lead to earlier detection methods.
