First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tested whether a 6-week daily eye-movement exercise program could improve balance in 139 athletes aged 15-30 who play basketball, football, or boxing. Participants did 10 minutes of eye exercises each day, starting on both legs and later on one leg on a mat. Results showed better static balance and faster reaction times, suggesting eye exercises can help athletes improve stability and coordination.
