First seen Apr 20, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether the clot-busting drug tenecteplase is safe and effective for people having a stroke who receive it more than 4.5 hours after symptoms began. Researchers will follow 3,000 patients in China to see how well they recover after 90 days. The goal is to gather real-world evidence to potentially expand treatment options for late-arriving stroke patients.
