Summary
This study looks at whether an online expressive writing workshop can improve mental wellness in young adults (ages 18-39) with blood cancer. Participants will attend a four-week workshop and complete three surveys over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if writing about their feelings helps reduce stress and boost emotional well-being.
