This study tests a treatment called bemdaneprocel, which involves transplanting dopamine-producing nerve cells into the brains of people with Parkinson's disease. The goal is to reduce daily 'OFF' time—when symptoms return—and increase 'ON' time without uncontrolled movements. About 102 adults aged 45 to 75 with moderate Parkinson's will receive either the cell therapy or a sham surgery, and be followed for safety and symptom improvement.
