Summary
This study tested whether a long-acting painkiller called Exparel works better than the standard bupivacaine for pain after removing all four wisdom teeth. 82 adults took part and reported their pain and any side effects for four days after surgery. The goal was to see which drug provides better pain control and reduces the need for extra pain pills.
