This study tested whether an educational video and action plan, called 'Prepare for Your Diabetes Care,' could help older adults (75+) with type 2 diabetes reduce their risk of dangerously low blood sugar. Over 12 months, 669 participants were randomly assigned to receive the intervention or usual care.
