Summary
This study tests whether nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges) combined with wellness coaching phone calls can help people experiencing homelessness quit smoking. Researchers will enroll 150 adults in San Francisco and Los Angeles who smoke at least 5 cigarettes per day. The main goals are to see if participants stick with the program and whether they can stay smoke-free for 6 months.
