Summary
This study compares two balance-training programs for older adults: interactive video games (exergaming) using Xbox Kinect and the standard Otago exercise program. Thirty-six adults aged 55 and older will participate in 6 weeks of supervised sessions. The goal is to see which approach better improves balance, reaction time, and mobility to help prevent falls.
