First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a single 40-minute session of seated Tai Chi, guided by a video game, can improve memory and thinking skills in healthy young (18-30) and older (60-75) adults. Researchers will compare it to simple seated stretching by measuring brain activity and performance on cognitive tests. The goal is to understand how this easy, seated exercise affects the brain across different ages.
