First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a single session of seated Tai Chi, played like a video game, can improve memory and thinking in healthy adults aged 18-30 and 60-75. Participants will try both the Tai Chi game and simple seated stretching on different days. Brain activity will be measured with a special scanner to see which activity helps the brain work more efficiently.
