Can walking and moving fight 'Chemo Brain'? new trial targets hispanic survivors
NCT ID NCT07331077
Summary
This study aims to see if a guided physical activity program is better than general health education at improving memory, attention, and thinking skills in Hispanic women aged 50+ who have recently finished treatment for early-stage breast cancer. Researchers will enroll 10 participants to compare the two approaches, measuring changes in cognitive tests and brain scans. The goal is to find a helpful, non-drug way to address the common 'chemo brain' or cancer-related cognitive symptoms that many survivors experience.
