First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how a week of either eating less or exercising daily affects prostate tumor growth and muscle health in 45 men with prostate cancer. Participants will be assigned to a reduced-calorie diet, daily exercise with mild diet changes, or their usual routine. After 7 days, tumor and muscle samples are taken during surgery to measure protein growth rates.
