Summary

This study tested whether a program of aerobic, strength, and balance exercises, combined with a gentle vibrating device placed on the legs, could help older adults in care homes who have muscle loss (sarcopenia) and frailty. Forty adults over age 75 took part. The goal was to see if this approach could improve physical function, reduce frailty, and boost cognitive health.
