Summary
This trial tests whether aerobic exercise or resistance exercise can improve lung function in male quarry workers who have breathing problems from years of dust exposure. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: aerobic training, resistance training, or a control group receiving routine care and breathing exercises. Over eight weeks, researchers will measure lung function, exercise capacity, and quality of life to see which approach helps most.
