Exercise may cut breast cancer risk in women with dense breasts

Summary

This study looks at whether exercise can help lower the risk of breast cancer in women with dense breast tissue. Researchers will measure changes in blood and breast tissue in 46 women who are not very active. Half will start a supervised exercise program, while the other half will continue their usual routine for comparison.
