Can exercise boost the power of weight loss drugs?
NCT ID NCT07298915
Summary
This study aims to see if combining regular exercise with a weight loss medication (tirzepatide) works better for weight loss and improving health than taking the medication alone. It will involve 24 adults aged 30-65 who have overweight or obesity. Participants will take the medication, and half will also follow a supervised exercise program for 16 weeks to compare results.
