NCT ID NCT06311487
Summary
This study aims to learn how the time of day you exercise and whether you eat beforehand affects how your body burns energy and fat. Researchers will measure these effects in 20 healthy, active adults who are overweight or have obesity. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about metabolism, not to provide a treatment or weight loss program.
