Afternoon workouts may beat morning exercise for blood sugar
NCT ID NCT06014684
Summary
This study is investigating whether exercising in the afternoon is more effective than morning exercise at improving blood sugar control in people with pre-diabetes. Researchers will enroll 24 overweight adults to complete a 12-week high-intensity interval training program, assigned to either morning or afternoon sessions. The main goal is to see if one timing leads to better overnight blood sugar levels and overall metabolism.
