Summary

This pilot study tested whether adding exercise and pain-focused therapy to residential drug treatment is practical for adults with opioid use disorder and chronic pain. 63 participants were enrolled to see if they would stick with the program. The goal was to explore if this approach could reduce pain, cravings, depression, and improve sleep.
