Summary
This study tests whether combining exercise (cycling) with psychotherapy can reduce drug cravings, depression, and anxiety in adults with opioid use disorder and chronic pain. About 198 people in residential treatment will take part. The goal is to find better ways to manage both addiction and pain without relying solely on medication.
