This study aimed to find out if a single session of isometric exercise (like planks and squats) or aerobic exercise (like running) is better at improving blood pressure in teenagers with overweight or obesity. Researchers enrolled 38 teens aged 13-17 and randomly assigned them to try one type of exercise. They measured blood pressure for 24 hours after the workout to compare the effects.
