App and exercise aim to help patients rebuild after major cancer surgery

Summary
This study aims to see if using a health information app for managing symptoms, combined with a strength training program, can help people feel better and prevent muscle loss after surgery for esophageal cancer. It will involve 90 adults who have had this surgery. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, cancer-related symptoms, and muscle strength over time.
