Can exercise rewire the Brain's response to stress eating?
NCT ID NCT06627569
Summary
This study aims to understand how a 12-week exercise program changes brain activity in response to food pictures and stress in inactive, overweight veterans. Researchers will use brain scans and hormone tests to see if exercise alters how the brain processes food cues and stress. Participants will be randomly assigned to either continue their usual activities or complete supervised exercise sessions four times per week.
