Can a bike ride and a nap rewire the brain in MS?
NCT ID NCT07304375
Summary
This study is exploring whether combining aerobic exercise, like cycling, with scheduled daytime naps can help the brain learn and remember new motor skills in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will measure brain and muscle activity in 20 participants to see if this approach improves movement and function. The goal is to gather evidence for new, non-drug rehabilitation strategies that use exercise and sleep to support brain health.
