First seen May 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This small study tested whether adding exercise (stationary biking) to standard sensory training could improve sensation and reduce pain after nerve injuries in the arm or hand. Seven adults who had a nerve injury between 2010 and 2025 took part. The goal was to see if this approach is feasible and worth studying in a larger trial.
