Can exercise training stop Long-Term suffering after a lung clot?
NCT ID NCT07143539
Summary
This study is testing if a special exercise and education program can help people recover better after a serious lung clot (pulmonary embolism). Many patients still feel tired, short of breath, and have a poor quality of life months later, even with standard blood thinner medication. Researchers will compare patients who get the 6-8 week rehab program to those who get usual care, checking their fitness, symptoms, and mental health over 6 months.
