Summary

This study tested a 12-week exercise program designed for people with both congestive heart failure and knee osteoarthritis. 94 adults aged 40-80 took part, with half doing low-impact aerobic and strength exercises and the other half receiving standard care. The goal was to see if the tailored program could improve heart fitness, reduce knee pain, and boost quality of life.
