Summary
This study is testing if a specific exercise and nutrition plan can help women with breast cancer feel better during chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if supervised weight training sessions, combined with a high-protein drink after each workout, can help patients keep their muscle, lose less fat, and maintain their strength and quality of life while undergoing treatment before surgery.
