Summary
This study is testing whether a reward-based exercise program can help children and young adults with cancer stay active during a stem cell transplant. Participants earn stickers for walking and other activities, which they can trade for rewards. Researchers want to see if this approach improves physical fitness, activity levels, and quality of life during this difficult treatment.
