Can exercise help cancer patients stay stronger during chemo?
NCT ID NCT06280924
Summary
This study is testing whether a 10-week exercise program is practical and helpful for people with multiple myeloma who are getting chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant. Researchers want to see if patients can and want to participate in a tailored exercise plan, delivered in-person or online, to help maintain their physical fitness, strength, and quality of life during treatment. The goal is to learn if this approach is feasible before testing it in larger studies.
