NCT ID NCT07313306
Summary
This study is testing whether a free, 16-week exercise program can help people with metastatic breast cancer feel better and be more active. Researchers want to see if participating in the 'Get Real and Heel' program improves quality of life, reduces fatigue, and decreases feelings of social isolation. The goal is to make this helpful resource more accessible to patients who could benefit from it.
