Can At-Home workouts prepare patients for kidney transplant?

NCT ID NCT07446296

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week, home-based exercise program is safe, practical, and helpful for adults aged 60 and older who are on the waiting list for a kidney transplant. Researchers will compare a group doing online exercise classes to a group receiving usual care, both using activity trackers. The goal is to see if the program can improve physical activity and function before surgery.
