Summary
This study is testing an 8-week exercise and education program designed to help people living with HIV improve their heart health. The program combines supervised gym sessions with home workouts and coaching to help participants become more physically active. Researchers want to see if this approach can increase exercise levels and potentially reduce heart failure risk in this population.
