Can a 12-Week exercise class help older adults manage heart disease, diabetes, and arthritis?
NCT ID NCT06771024
Summary
This study is testing whether a supervised, community-based exercise program can help older adults with multiple chronic conditions improve their health and quality of life. It will enroll 150 people aged 50 and older who have at least two conditions like heart disease risk, diabetes, obesity, or osteoarthritis. Participants will either join a 12-week exercise program or be in a comparison group to see if the program improves fitness, strength, and daily function.
