Virtual fitness classes aim to boost life quality for cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT06206863
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week virtual exercise program, delivered through a partnership with the YMCA, is practical and helpful for underserved cancer survivors. The main goal is to see if this community-based approach is feasible and if it improves participants' quality of life. Researchers will measure how many people join and stick with the program, and track changes in how survivors feel physically and emotionally.
