NCT ID NCT05595577
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized exercise program can help lymphoma and breast cancer patients maintain their physical fitness, heart function, and quality of life during cancer treatment. Researchers will compare two approaches: one group will follow a structured physical activity plan, while another will attend educational workshops on healthy living. The goal is to see if staying active during treatment helps protect patients' bodies and minds.
