Summary
This study looked at whether a combined exercise program can improve motor skills, physical fitness, and thinking abilities in children with ADHD. Thirty children aged 7-12 with an ADHD diagnosis took part. The program aimed to see if exercise could ease symptoms and improve daily functioning.
