Summary
This study looks at whether people with multiple myeloma can and want to join a 10-week exercise program while getting chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant. The program includes both in-person and online sessions. Researchers want to see if it helps maintain physical fitness, muscle strength, and quality of life. About 30 adults from Alberta will take part.
