NCT ID NCT05763563
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a home-based exercise program is practical for people aged 65 and older with lymphoma, leukemia, or myeloma who are about to receive CAR-T cell therapy. Twenty participants were asked to do supervised resistance training and moderate aerobic exercise. The main goals were to see if patients would join and stick with the program, and to check for any injuries. The results help researchers understand if pre-treatment exercise is safe and acceptable for this group.
