Exercise program for seniors before CAR T-Cell therapy shows promise

NCT ID NCT05763563

First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study tested whether an exercise program is practical for adults aged 65 and older with lymphoma, leukemia, or myeloma who are about to receive CAR T-cell immunotherapy. Twenty participants were enrolled to see if they would stick with the program and if it was safe. The goal was to gather information to improve future care, not to treat the cancer itself.
