Scientists test natural supplement to fight Age-Related muscle loss
NCT ID NCT07441343
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily supplement made from fruit and vegetable compounds (polyphenols) can make exercise more effective for improving strength and physical function in adults over 60. For 12 weeks, 40 participants will follow a supervised exercise program while taking either the supplement or a placebo. The main goal is to see if this combined approach is practical to run before planning a larger study.
