Summary
This study aims to understand how exercise changes the body at a deep molecular level. Researchers will analyze blood samples from elite cyclists and recreational athletes before, during, and after a cycling test. The goal is to map how proteins, metabolism, and cellular processes respond to physical activity, which could improve our basic understanding of exercise science.
