Summary
This study looks at whether physical activity and fitness can reduce inflammation and improve quality of life in 100 children (ages 6-17) with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers will measure fitness, track symptoms, and test a 12-week supervised exercise program. The goal is to see if staying active can help manage the disease and become part of standard care.
